Surakhya provides assisted residential living, nursing care support, dietary monitoring, and physical rehabilitation for elderly individuals. Online forms (Book Visit / Inquiry Form) are intended for scheduling tours and request guides, and do not constitute a formal admission agreement.
During the admission process, the resident's family is required to submit a comprehensive, true health history, including active prescriptions and psychological evaluations. Any omission of major conditions (such as advanced psychiatric disorders, active contagious illnesses, or violent tendencies) may result in the review or termination of the boarding agreement.
Monthly charges vary depending on the chosen accommodation (companion shared, single, suite, or special medical unit) and specific nursing dependencies. Fees are billed in advance on or before the 5th of each calendar month. Details regarding security deposits, laundry add-ons, or hospital escort charges will be outlined in the individual contract.
In case of acute health changes or medical emergencies, our nursing team will initiate immediate first-aid, call on-site ambulance services, and transport the resident to our network hospitals (e.g. AIIMS Bhubaneswar). We will notify the registered emergency contacts immediately. All external hospital admission fees and medical costs will be borne directly by the family.
Families may request termination of stay by submitting a 30-day written notice. Surakhya reserves the right to request a resident's discharge if fees are unpaid, if the resident's clinical needs exceed our facilities' capabilities, or if their behaviors pose direct security threats to other senior residents.
